With nearly 27 years of cake making under her belt, Carole Whittier of Carole’s Cake Creations has made some of the greatest looking cakes that can be found. Just by taking a small peek at her cake gallery tells me that she’s very creative and definitely knows what she’s doing.
Although she’s being making cakes for years, only a little less than half of that time has been with her own business. Before all that she was mostly making cakes for herself, then gradually moving up to making them for friends and family. As time went on it became clear that cake making was definitely a business idea she should consider.
After Carole’s business became official she ended up leaving her full time job so she could focus more on her family and her growing business. Her business continued to flourish, even after shaking it up a bit when she moved to New Hampshire in 2003. There she was able to build her business back up again into the same great business it was before the move.
It takes a lot of time and a very creative person to be able to do what Carole has with her business. All the time that is needed to be put into designing the cake to look flawless takes patience, just as any growing business needs patience as well. Thanks to her skills when it comes to designing cakes, Carole has created a great business that will only continue to grow as time goes on.

Carole can make her cakes look like anything you can dream of but seeing her work isn’t enough - you just have to taste her cakes! They are simply out of this world!
